The “Dream” vacation house is a modern house for your vacation that will provide you with total relaxation and a vacation that you dreamed of throughout the year.
The “Dream” vacation house is a luxurious five star and fully equipped mansion providing its guests with utter comfort, relaxation and peace.
The „Dream“ vacation house has a capacity for 6 persons and covers entire ground floor which is sized at spacious 100m2. Upper floor is off limits but is not occupied which provides full privacy while you stay with us. The vacation house consists of 3 modern bedrooms. Two of those have a king-sized bed and the third one has two single beds. One of the room has a direct access to the terrace, pool and beautiful sea view.
Bed-rooms are equipped with spacious closets, air-conditioning units and satellite TV. Our guest have two bathrooms with showers and toilets at disposal. One of the bathrooms has a uniquely big and modern shower as well as a washing machine. Vacation house „Dream“ has a big living room, dining room and a kitchen.
Living room, dining room and kitchen are also equipped with air conditioning. Modern kitchen is equipped with stove, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. With all this, you are all set to prepare your favourite dishes. Living room has a direct access to the terrace and the pool which is topped off with an amazing sea view and islands Krk and Cres.
Pool is private and is surrounded with a big sunbathing deck. Pool itself is sized at 30m2 and has an aqua blue color. It's split in to a deep end and shallow part. Shallow part is perfect for relaxation for grown-ups or for children to play in.
Once again, we have to highlight the beautiful view towards Krk and Cres. Underneath the pool and the sunbathing area, there is another terrace which has a small garden and a BBQ place just next to it.
Terrace itself is covered with vine which provides shade during those hot summer days. Perfect to get some cover, get cosy, read a book and enjoy yourself while kids are making the best out of their vacation. Entire property is gated and there are two parking spaces just behind the house. Owners live in the house next door and are available at any time. „Dream“ vacation house is a peace oasis and it is a perfect spot for your dream vacation.
